About the House
Location
Situated in Sargentville, on the Blue Hill Peninsula, Eboleth House is an ideal central location for visiting the nearby charming towns of Blue Hill, Brooklin, Deer Isle, Stonington, and Brooksville. Take a day trip to the busy tourist areas of Bar Harbor and Acadia National park and then return to the peace and quiet for a relaxing and carefree evening.
Beds and Baths
Eboleth House comfortably accommodates couples, families, and small groups, with plenty of space to spread out and settle in. The home includes four bedrooms — one with a king bed, one with a queen, and two with full-size beds — offering flexible arrangements for a variety of groups. For younger guests, a pack-n-play is available, and a folding twin mattress can be set up when an extra sleeping space is helpful.
All of the bedrooms are located on the second floor, creating a quiet and restful area of the house. A full bathroom is conveniently situated nearby, while a half bath with a washer and dryer is located on the first floor, making longer stays easy and comfortable.

The best option for booking Eboleth House is by visiting our booking management site directly, or calling the management office at 207-367-2550. This method is an easy process and you can talk directly to our booking manager to ask any questions and ensure your reservation is secured for the dates you wish to stay. You are also able to save on the costs of additional fees. However, if you prefer, you may also book through Airbnb or VRBO.
We accept weekly bookings from Friday to Friday, but may be able to accommodate shorter or longer stays - please feel free to always ask if you're interested in a different timeframe. Weekly rates vary depending upon seasonal times and a typical week rental starts at around $1,400 for off-peak season.

Beach and Outdoors
The calm waters of Eggemoggin Reach, which is the body of water that meets the beach, is fantastic for swimming, boating and fishing. The shore is less rocky than some other parts of the coastline, making it simple to launch a kayak, canoe or paddleboard and easy to get in and out of the water if swimming. Since the reach is sheltered from the open ocean, the water here tends to be slightly warmer and calmer. It's a popular waterway for many sailboats and fishing boats.
